We offer one on one personal training and coaching that offers the latest in training best practices.

 

You Get:


Hourly one on one sessions with a personal coach that, over time, will cover all important elements for successful training and racing - drills & plyometrics, core strengthening, proprioception, visualization, runs of various lengths and types i.e., fartlek, tempo runs, interval training and hill work.

 

In addition:


You will get unlimited email and phone contact so that we can closely monitor your progress and make changes as needed.  Training is very feedback oriented and we will be adjusting as needed. Over time, your body will adapt to the increased training stress, resulting in better performance and strength.

 

Rates:


$35 per hourly session

$30 per hour @ 10 or more session commitment
